Tire Week!

Each time a training cycle ends, we usually have at least 1 week of programming with which we do something a little different or more fun. This time around, we have one week before we start the next cycle – Tire Week! Each day of next week, we’ll get to use a tire in a different way. There will be tire hop-throughs, sledgehammer swings, tire box jumps, tire bodyweight work, and tire flips. You can view the week’s programming here. Thursday’s Workout
Retest

For load
With a running clock, every minute perform 1 lift and add 10lb.
Start with an empty barbell (45/33) and press for as long as possible.
Once you cannot press the weight, push press for as long as possible.
Once you cannot push press the push press, jerk for as long as possible.

And Coming Friday
Retest
