To Grunt or Not?
About a year ago, there was a story about a guy that was thrown out of a “Globo-gym” for grunting during a workout. Now, there has actually been a study done to determine if grunting actually improves your performance during a workout.
I know for a fact that I grunt, and I can’t imagine doing a difficult workout without grunting. How about you?
