Today’s Workout

Spend 20-30 minutes on Muscle Ups / progressions

Complete 4 rounds of the following:
As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Sit Ups
15 Squats
– rest 1 minute
– record total reps in each roundIf you’ve been keeping up with the CrossFit Games Competition, you’d know that Team CFLA is in 30th Place… we’re on the bubble. You see, only the top 30 teams go to Regionals. The cool thing about this whole competition over the past 6 weeks is that it’s truly been a TEAM effort. Of the top 3 male and female scores that count for our team score each week, we’ve had over 11 different athletes contribute! On top of that, we’ve had more than 40 athletes who have been submitting scores every week… and a huge crowd at our Saturday afternoon workouts.

Tomorrow’s the last WOD… 11.6… its a chance for every CFLA member to come out and try their luck with WOD 11.6 at 7:30am (special class time), 8:30am and 9:30am. Then at 10:30am, our Team, and all our athletes who have been submitting scores each week, will give it one last go. We hope you’ll join us… Whether we qualify for Regionals or not, the end tomorrow is really just the beginning for Team CFLA!
