Top of Europe

We have a mountaineer among us. He comes in quietly, usually at noon just once each week; and has been supplementing his training with CrossFit now for almost a year. He has climbed mountains all over the world. The shot below is from a trip last fall to Mt. Elbrus, the highest peak in Europe and one of the Seven Summits.
