Train your weaknesses

Have you spent any time identifying your weaknesses? One way to do this is to compare your current performance to the numbers in our Athletic Levels & Milestones document. We created this a few years ago to help our students figure out where they were – and what specific things to target in their training. With the CrossFit Games coming up, for me, that weakness is in the Olympic lifts. You’re going to see a lot more of me cleaning, jerking and snatching over the next few months. What’s yours?
