Take a look at the workout today. There is a LOT to get done in 60 minutes. Two thoughts:

1. If there was ever a day to show up early to warm up and mobilize, today is it!
2. Today isn’t a day to show up having no idea what to do. Familiarize yourself with all the movements, especially the Bear complex (do a quick google search). Also, have an idea of the weights you think you’ll be using so you come in with a plan.
