Training your mind

What if you found out that the thing that slowed you down during a workout wasn’t your lungs, your heart, or your muscles, rather it was your mind? Would you take any steps toward training it so that it wouldn’t continue to hold you back? This is the thought that went through my mind after reading this article from the NY Times – I was fascinated, and immediately got on the phone and invited Matt Fitzgerald to come out to speak at CFLA. He did so, to a packed house… and is coming back for more next week.

You don’t have to have come to the first seminar to understand this one, and, if you did come to the last one, Matt will be covering additional, new content and be doing some practical application drills and exercises to help us put his ideas into practical application.
