I had forgotten how fun CFLA events can be …but when I saw the first costumed athlete come through the doors this morning, I found myself excitedly waiting for the next and then the next to see what clever themes you guys came up with. Seriously, how fun is working out in costume? I didn’t even do Trevor Win’E today yet I wore a mask to simply write down times on the whiteboard.

Great job today, family. You worked hard, but it was fun and funny — and completely bonding.

Work up to heavy 2

B) 3 RFQT
50 Double unders
15 HR Pushups
200m Run
15 Overhead squats (60%)
–2min Rest between rounds–
