As many rounds as possible, in 12 minutes:
50 Double Unders
15 Power Snatch (95/65)At some point most of you have heard me explain the “Two Cardinal Rules of CrossFit, According to Becca.” For those of you who are new, there’s really not a lot to explain about the rules, you just have to trust them. They may not make a lot of sense to you as a new CrossFitter, but the longer you are a member at CFLA, the more the rules will have context and you’ll find the wisdom in them. For now – just follow them. Don’t question them, just follow them.

Rule #1 – Always volunteer to go first.

Rule #2 – Never do the math.

If you follow these two rules, you’ll be alright.
