Vacation Rules

If you follow me on Instagram or FB, you know that I was back east this past week. My family trip was as action-packed as it seemed through photos – I mean, we did a lot! — but it was all so enjoyable. It was all so different than my regular, action-packed schedule. I didn’t sleep a lot, we drove from one family member to another; we visited colleges for Mina all over the place, I worked out twice in 8 days, I wore lots of dresses (yes, I own dresses), and I ate A LOT. And it was awesome.

I’m not sure if I need to recommend regular vacations to you guys as part of a balanced, health regime, but if any of you reading this are thinking to yourself, “Hmm, I haven’t taken a vacation since … I can’t remember when,” then it’s time. Because vacation rules.

Also, like Chip, I too shaved down my beard to this non-ironic mustache — during vacation. Whatcha think about that, Chip?!

B: Max lunges (2-ct)
