Walk what line? The fine line between hard and easy, between challenging and elementary, between painful and painless. Why is that so important? Your body responds to input, and makes modifications based on the demands you put on it.

Every time you work out, you have the choice – sit on the stationary bike, elliptical, or treadmill and read the newspaper, going at a moderate pace; or challenge your body to something new, hard, intense, that it needs to adapt and adjust to. When you choose the latter, you are effectively backing your body into a corner – adapt or suffer. I guarantee that it will adapt over time. People that choose the former are the ones you see at the gym day-after-day, year-after-year with the same body and same results as always. Dare to be different – lead the way!
