1250 M Run

15 Pull Ups

20 Deadlifts (185/135)

800 M Run

15 Pull Ups

20 Hang Cleans (135/95)

400 M Run

15 Pull Ups

20 Hang Snatch (95/65)

20 Burpee Cash Out

B) Every 3 Minutes for 5 Sets:
3 Squat Cleans + 3 Split Jerks
