Half “Bull”

For Time:
200 Double Unders
50 OH Squats (135/95)
50 Pull Ups
1 Mile Run (to corner of Princeton & Arizona, then back)
– Note: partition this workout “Cindy” style or any way necessary to get it doneEvery week for the past 6 weeks, we’ve been participating in the first ever world-wide search for the fittest human beings. 52 of our members decided to take it on… throwing themselves into the arena… and participating… all in. This tidal wave of energy, showing up at the gym every Saturday at 2:30 for the past six weeks, loosening up with the “Cupid Shuffle”, and leaving it all on the floor of the gym during workouts, proved effective and powerful… finishing in 29th place and qualifying for Southern California Regionals in June!

As it turns out, our score and overall ranking was very much of a team effort…it wasn’t only our “top 3” athletes (male & female) that contributed to our finishing place, TWELVE different athlete’s scores counted toward the final result. It was truly a team effort! A hearty CONGRATULATIONS to all of you… to us… the 52, your friends, families who support you in your participation, and all the other members of CFLA, who form the foundation of our awesome community. WELL DONE!
