I’m trying something new… I just started a book club with a few of my friends to tackle a really long book that I didn’t think I’d make it through on my own… Atlas Shrugged. We’re going to hold meetings virtually – through a video conferencing site called http://www.tokbox.com. Though it has nothing in particular to do with fitness, it does have to do with keeping my mind as sharp as my body.
