1 attempt at max Handstand hold
1 attempt at max Pistols – both legs combined*

*athlete will do max pistols with one leg until failure then proceed to the next. Leg cannot rest either on the ground or part of athlete’s body.Today is a special day that all Marines know well… the birthday of our Corps. I was a Marine… and to this day am grateful for the people that I served with, the experience and training I received, and opportunity that I had to serve our country. Today is a day that I like to take each year to recognize, celebrate and honor those men and women in the Marine Corps that that have and continue to serve, protect and defend the freedoms and way of life that we enjoy each day as citizens of the United States. Thanks to you all! If you’re reading this and feel so inclined, please post your thoughts and gratitude.
