**Compare to 12/12/13**First, let me remind y’all that my long time friend and hip hop coach is coming to CFLA this Sunday. The 11:15 class is sold out but we have a few spots left in our 12:15 class. ALL levels welcomed. Nuttin’ but fun!

Secondly, this week we reset our Back Squat and Press numbers. You’ll use these numbers moving forward for the remainder of cycle 5. Additionally, we’ll continue with some “pace” work, develop our hoppers, and return to the idea of RPE. Check the vid below for the basic breakdown of the week. Boom.
