What are the two pieces of advice I give to every newcomer to CrossFit? 1. Even though you’re excited, anxious and motivated to push yourself to your limit, stay within your means. The worst thing you can do in your first few months is to go so hard that you get injured and take yourself out of the game for a few weeks. 2. Show up. Be consistent. Cramming doesn’t work, nor does being consistent for a week, then disappearing for three. Does anyone else have advice they’d like to throw out there for our newest members?
