30 Knees to Elbows
Shoulder Press, reps to failure (115/75)
Push Press, reps to failure
Push Jerk, reps to failure

Bar can only be put down at the end of the round.
Score is total overhead reps.Many of you may have noticed that a familiar and beloved face has been missing on the CrossFit Los Angeles floor for some time. Well, she’s back! Ingrid has been cleared by doctors to start moving again (SLOWLY!) and has come back down to LA from the Sac to start getting herself back into gear.
