Gretchen might be new to CrossFit and Petranek Fitness, but she’s not new to intensity! She’s been a personal trainer for years, most recently at Equinox. In the past month, she left Equinox, went out on her own as a personal trainer, and joined us to keep herself functioning at the top of her game. She’ll be breathin’ fire before you know it.
