10 DB hang cleans (35/25)Have you ever asked yourself what you are really committed to having? Not what you want to have, what you are committed to having. What’s the difference? Action. You may want a lot of things, but your actions will let you know what you are committed to. If your actions don’t line up with what you say you want, you have only identified a want, not a commitment. You may say that you’re committed to losing 20 pounds or quitting smoking or meeting someone special, but unless you are taking actions that line up with your goals — changing your diet, ceasing to buy cigarettes, going on a lot dates — it ain’t gonna happen. Take a look at what you do and you will discover what you are committed to — you may be surprised, you may not be happy about it, but you may also be able to get yourself on track to having what you really want.
