Beginner/Intermediate:
8 Rope Climbs
16 Candlesticks
24 Slides-to-hollow
48 Pistols (alternating)
3:00 accumulated in a Handstand

…and coming Friday (CAP)
In 20 minutes:
Deadlift 1-1-1
– work up to three heavy sets

50 Squats
7 Muscle ups
10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95) What is sitting around waiting to be done? Calls not made, bills unpaid, promises to fulfill on, what little things are nagging at you to complete them?

Notice how much weight you carry when things that demand being done aren’t attended to.

If you’re waiting for them to go away you’ll wait a long time.
