Freeze Tag!CrossFit LA is excited to announce our CrossFit Kids program! The classes will officially start on April 12th. Currently we are busy preparing the gym and organizing instructors. CrossFit Kids is designed to help your children develop strength, gymnastic ability, focus, discipline and social skills. If you are a member of CFLA, there is a family discount if you enroll your little ones in the Kids Program.

Our instructors come from a wide variety of backgrounds – from elementary school education, to accupuncture, to personal and group fitness training. What they all share is a love of kids and a desire to show them fitness can be fun!
