Monday’s blogs will feature special things that have happened in classes and information on upcoming events. Thursdays posts will feature tips and information about fitness for kids, much like many of my past posts. My goal is for this new format to keep everyone up to date on EVERYTHING that happens in our CFLA Kids Community. This way you get to hear about the great things the kids are accomplishing during class time!

CFLA Kids “PR” Day – Jan. 22nd
In class for the next month and a half the students will be selecting their events for our “PR” day. What is a PR? It means Personal Record and a PR day is a special day where the kids get to show off to all their friends and family! Save the date and come down to witness what they’ve been up to and the great gains they have made in their fitness (and all while having FUN!).
