That will be your workout for the day!I was talking with someone this week about freedom, as a value. Like, I think that freedom in its many forms, is the most valuable thing that we have. The more I think about it, the more I see that freedom means a lot of different things to a lot of people. I’d bet that there are so many versions of “freedom” out there that there are some versions that step on the “freedom” of other versions.

So I’m curious…what’s Freedom to you? And I’d like to hear about it from all kinds of paradigms. There’s no one answer I’m looking for. I’m interested to know what it means to you. And hopefully, by answering, you’ll know a little more about why it matters to you so much.

What is Freedom to you? Why do you value it so much?
