What’s the count?

Since every workout we do in CrossFit has a measurement attached to it, counting is a critical component to the accuracy of the measurement and to the tracking of results. We use the honor system for most of the workouts we do in the gym… in fact, usually, we don’t even check up on it to see if you’re miscounting. Two methods to confirm your own counting accuracy is to video tape yourself and then go back and watch, or to have someone else count for you. Have you found that you have trouble counting? If so, what are some of the ways you use to help keep count?
