When is a LOT a lot?

When is a LOT a lot?

We believe that competition is healthy – it provides you with motivation, inspiration and most importantly context for your training. The competition can be with other people or with yourself – whichever serves you better and drives you to improve your time, score, points, or weight the next time you do the workout. So if it’s in something like weightlifting, and you’re lifting a relatively small weight compared to others, who cares? If it’s a lot for you, you’re setting personal records and improving, then it’s a LOT!
