250 Double UndersWhen the WHY becomes big enough, the HOW becomes easy!

Before I started this challenge, I often considered going Paleo… but I could never figure out how I could do it… go completely off dairy and grains, and eat no sugar. I mean it seemed totally impossible, especially having a 4-year-old that lives on pizza and macaroni and cheese. Then, two weeks ago, the Whole Life Challenge started… and I just decided I’d do it… and really commit to it. Suddenly, I had a pretty large “WHY” and the question of “How?” simply disappeared. Really? Yup… the how part really did just disappear. All that was left? Just do it. And it was pretty easy. Wow… something that was seemingly impossible became easy, almost overnight.
