10 KB Push pressWhat an extraordinary day Saturday! I’d be hard pressed to think of a day when I experienced so much excitement and commitment in one room. You all really got this Challenge off to a rollicking start. It’s been really exciting to see and hear how hard core everyone has been over the last week. Keep up with all the excitement, energy, and enthusiasm and there is no limit to how great each week can be. Don’t forget to check in! I’ve heard too many times by now about people who had a great day and forgot to log it! Here is my suggestion — make the scoreboard your homepage on your browser, it’ll be the first thing you see when you open it up.

Remember, setting yourself up to win anything is about creating the structures — alarms, reminders, and tools — that work for you. Don’t just rely on your brain alone — it’s not cut out for the job!
