Why Participate in the Whole Life Challenge?

This question has come to mind over the last few weeks as we gear up for another new year challenge.  My initial thought was, YES, of course I’m going to do it, why not?  I watch what I eat and drink, make sure to move around everyday, and take care of my body, mind, and spirit. 

But part of me already feels that I take good care of myself, so then what is the point?  The point is this, I am going to set goals for myself, or patterns that I want to tend to, everyday, in an effort to make them become habits. 

Since participating in the Wim Hof breathing seminar, I haven’t implemented the program, and guess what, it only takes a few minutes a day.  The excuse?  I don’t have enough time.  That seems to be everyones’ excuse these days.  Well this WLC is going to be different, as I’m going to MAKE the time and be disciplined to create these new habits.  It will be challenging, but with the support of the WLC and CFLA community, it can be done.

What kind of positive and life-changing habits do you want to incorporate in your life?  The time is NOW!!
