I was shocked the other day when I happened to be browsing the iTunes Store and came across a bunch of “how to” podcasts that looked actually very useful. Whether you want to learn to cook and prepare more meals at home, take a music class, or manage your money more effectively, there is probably an iPhone App or a Podcast waiting just for you! If you’ve got a favorite iPhone App or Podcast related to health and fitness, post about it in comments!

Juggling, while probably not an event in the CF Games, is a very valuable skill. Ingrid has yet to master.
