Wods With Names Week

Here at CFLA we have three cycles a year.  Between training cycles we usually take 1-2 weeks off from our regular training template.  This is one of those weeks and thanks to Shirley and Niki we’re calling it: “Wods with Names Week.”  It’s simple, everyday this week we’ll be doing a named workout, we’ve even got one named after our beloved distance running stud Matt Doss.  Named workouts can often be pretty tough on the body so be mindful to take care of yourself (especially because next week is testing week for cycle 6).



Monday’s Workout


5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


Tuesday’s Workout

“Power Grace Interrupted”

15 Power Clean & Jerks (135/95)
15 Burpees
800m Run
15 Burpees
15 Power Clean & Jerks
