Score is grand total of all reps.It is my experience that it takes a unique kind of woman to pursue and stick with CrossFit. It has nothing to do with the physical skills or athletic aptitude she may or may not have, but rather, it has to do with her tenacity and her desire for learning and growth. The women here at CFLA get what it means to invest in themselves for the long-haul, both physically and mentally. It doesn’t mean they don’t have ups and downs, it doesn’t mean that they don’t still struggle with fitting fitness into work, relationships and family, but they keep working and keep learning. I find it a daily inspiration.
I would love for all the women of CFLA to get to know each other better and share in this inspiration.
