For time:
150 squats
Followed by 4 rounds of:
-200 m run
-15 DB Hang power clean, push press, windmills (one dumbbell only, 40#/25#)
-30 lateral jumps over paralletteThank you to all the women of CFLA who showed up for the Walk & Talk this past weekend at Will Rogers Park. It was a great experience getting to know you all better and to be able to share the difference that CrossFit has made and CAN make in the lives of each of us, both inside and outside the gym. Thank you for sharing your stories and your dreams, as well as your Sunday morning, and I am honored to have spent time getting to know you all better. I look forward to the next women’s outing…and maybe we’ll let the boys in on some of the fun one of these times, too. wink
