So I was perusing our student workout and nutrition logs in our discussion forum yesterday, and I came across some pretty good stuff. Like, for example, the article in Colleen’s log she links to Does High-Fructose Corn Syrup Have to Be in Everything?. And in Kathryn’s workout log she tells a pretty good story of a particularly difficult paddle boarding experience last weekend.
