The EARLY MORNING Crew – Wes, Elizabeth and Mau – 6 am!

Check this one out. Everyone that tried it came in walking funny the next day – “glutes are killing me”. Best so far was 14 rounds put in by Dave Leys who went all the way to the ground in his one leg squats! As with any of our workouts or exercises – do whatever portion at whatever level you’re capable.

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
4 “L” pull ups
8 Ring push ups
12 one-legged squats
