After 4 incredible days of competition at the Reebok CrossFit Games, the WORLD’S FITTEST Man and Woman were crowned yesterday, absolutely deserving of the title, and both for the second year in a row! Congratulations to Rich Froning, Jr. and Annie Thorisdottir! And a big shout out to all the competitors – such an incredible display of athleticism, camaraderie, and sportsmanship. All are deserving of our praise and admiration since just getting there was an amazing accomplishment in and of itself.
