The next seven Fridays we will be doing Fight Gone Bad and versions of the Fight Gone Bad… this is all in preparation for our annual fundraiser for the Prostate Cancer Foundation and Wounded Warrior Project on September 26th. So if you’ve ever wanted to design a CFLA WOD of your own for us to do at the gym, NOW is your chance! I need 5-6 variations of the FGB for Friday workouts for the next 6 weeks… rules: your workout must include all five FGB movements, and it must somehow resemble the FGB (I’ll leave this to your imagination). So put your thinking cap on and sharpen your pencil… submit your own FGB workout version in today’s comments (come on Cheri – scare us!)
