15, 12, 9, 6, 9, 12, 15 rep rounds for time of:
Thrusters (95/65)
Run 200m (between each round)What limits you more – your body or your mind? Do you think it’s actually possible to think yourself to a personal record (pr)? Have you ever finished faster than you thought you could, or picked up more weight than you thought possible? Have you ever stopped yourself, or held yourself back, in the middle of a workout because you thought you couldn’t or shouldn’t do any more? And what about confidence… how does that factor in?
