Kettlebell swings (32/20)I spend a lot of my free time reading. With a busy schedule that can be hard to do, so one of the ways I get reading time in is by subscribing to blogs. I find a lot of new useful information, especially related to health and fitness. One of my newest favorites is Food Renegade, a blog about nutrition from the standpoint of eating real, local food. Food Renegade does a great job of reporting on the antics of the giant food corporations, as well as providing educational materials for families on how to eat well.
